My therapeutic approach is integrative which means that I pull from a number of methods when working with clients. These include Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and Body Centered Techniques.

I have completed training in all of these approaches and have actively explored these techniques as a client under the guidance of highly skilled therapists. This self exploration has been an essential piece in allowing me to understand my clients struggles and how to effectively help them.

In sessions we will explore what beliefs, emotions and behaviors are creating your struggles and then co create new internal and external resources that will allow you to heal and grow.   My clients describe me as centered and supportive.
